This positions primary duties are the oversight of facility utility equipment such as motor control centers, variable frequency drives, generators, boilers, chillers, air compressors, etc. Additional duties involve installation, maintenance, assembly, repair, replacement, and adjustments of contactors, relays, light fixtures, etc. Duty hours 0700 - 0345hrs Essential Responsibilities: • Follow all Safety rules and regulations • Monitors all DDC (Direct Digital control) activities. • Performs checks on chillers, boilers, air handlers, electrical motors, VFD's, water heaters, exhaust fans, autoclaves, washers, dryers, etc. • Maintain/repair/replace irrigation system.
