As an assistant carpenter in home remodeling, your Lead Carpenter will be working alongside you to complete a variety of home modifications such as installing vertical platform lifts, stair glides, ramps, floors, or converting a bathtub into a walk-in shower. This allows the elderly and physically challenged to live independently and more confidently! Each & every job you complete gives you purpose, knowing that what you do matters! Applicant for Leas position should have the ability to work independently and lead your co-worker to complete a variety of jobs from start to finish using a variety of tools. Applicant should be experienced working with drywall, fiberglass, tile, concrete etc. Desired skills include problem-solving, ability to work together and lead others through careful communication and attention to detail. Our company provides the necessary tools and a company vehicle to get you to your various job sites, which are primarily in NE Ohio. Home Remodeling Applicants should have the ability to problem-solve, work together, follow instructions given by their superior and communicate a need for clarification. Understanding the importance of showing up to work and on time is a must. Home Remodeler Desired skills include: • Strong background in carpentry with a focus on precision and attention to detail • Proficiency in drywall installation and finishing techniques • Experience with a variety of hand and power tools used in home remodeling • Familiarity with construction site safety protocols • Ability to know what comes next in the skeme of the job The home remodeler will use our tools and our company vehicle to get you to your various job sites, which are primarily in NE Ohio.
