The Role PRC is hiring a Traveling Lead Carpenter to take charge of field production on active sites. This is a hands-on role — you’ll build and develop your own internal crew, set the pace, and make sure the job is done right the first time. You’re the carpenter everyone looks to when something needs to get done quickly and done right. You’ll coordinate with our site leads and project team to keep each phase moving, this is a craft-based leadership position. Responsibilities • Perform and lead framing, finish, and installation work per drawings and brand standards • Set daily production goals and guide carpenters and helpers on-site • Coordinate with field leadership on schedules, materials, and safety • Maintain site organization, quality, and photo documentation • Ensure deadlines are met without sacrificing workmanship Requirements • 5+ years of commercial carpentry experience (knowledge of multiple roofing systems, siding systems, and general framing & trim carpentry) • Ability to read plans and perform layout independently • Own basic tools (PRC supplies large tools and equipment) • Reliable, self-driven, and ready to travel multi-state • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (until company vehicle is provided) What We Offer • Hourly pay with overtime opportunities • $0.70/mile reimbursement + daily travel pay + lodging covered • Weekly pay every Monday • All travel logistics handled by PRC • Year-round work with consistent projects Immediate Openings We’re building new travel teams now.
