Learn more at www.firedex.net Key Responsibilities • Interpret job scopes, blueprints, and specs to return properties to pre-loss condition. • Assist in job planning, material requisition, change orders, and close-out processes. • Assemble, cut, and fasten wood, drywall, and other materials for structural work. • Install sub-flooring, framing, drywall, roofing, siding, windows, and doors. • Perform basic electrical, plumbing, sealing, and painting tasks. • Set up temporary supports, scaffolding, ladders, and other safety gear. • Participate in demolition, cleaning, and restoration of fire- or water-damaged sites. • Support pack-outs, inventories, and emergency response setups. • Maintain job site safety, cleanliness, and OSHA compliance at all times. • Use hand and power tools effectively and safely. • Foster positive relationships with customers, subcontractors, and team members. • Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
