Residential Remodeler Responsibilities • Execute carpentry tasks including framing, cabinet installation, and remodeling. • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate project execution. • Perform repairs and maintenance on structures as needed. • Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure project completion. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment. • Install fixtures such as doors, windows, and cabinetry with precision. Residential Remodeler Requirements • Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role in the construction industry. • Need own tools including compressor, nail guns and Mitre saw • Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials. • Ability to read technical documents and schematics accurately. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
