It is the responsibility of the Skilled Maintenance Person to complete all assigned duties, tasks, instructions and/or work orders in a safe, efficient and timely manner. Typical duties include but are not limited to maintenance activities associated with the trades of electrical work, carpentry, dry wall, roofing, painting, mechanic, welding, excavation, paving, concrete, masonry, HVAC, landscaping, forestry, janitorial, snow removal, metal work, pest management and equipment repair work.
