• **$3,000 Retention Bonus for Form Carpenters*** CPM Constructors currently has open Form Carpenter positions in the Thomaston area. Form Carpenters start at $26-$30/hour, depending upon experience. Candidates must have the following skills and abilities: • Ability to construct or assemble concrete forming systems, according to blueprints and specifications, for forming concrete structures, • Ability to construct, erect, install, and repair structures, scaffolding and framework using hand and power tools, and • Ability to read and interpret blueprints or sketches, in preparation of layout to determine dimensions and type of material required. • Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years experience and/or training in assembly and disassembly of heavy form systems. • Candidates with knowledge in the use of concrete pumps, placement and finishing of concrete, installation of rebar is a plus. • Candidates must have the appropriate tools of the trade. • **Applicants must have reliable transportation to the work sites up to 60 miles one way to work. Must be willing to work full days as well as nights and weekends as required. CPM Constructors also works on other projects in Maine and across Northern New England. There will be an opportunity for you to move to other projects, upon completion of the work in this location. There could be other tasks that the candidate would be asked to perform.
