Job Description: • **Vehicle & Tools Supplied*** • **Bonus Potential*** • **Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:30pm*** The Lead Finish Carpenter should have prior experience and not only possess integrity but have the experience demonstrating the following skills Role and Responsibilities • Install interior and exterior finish materials including trim, casing, baseboards, crown molding, cabinetry, and doors • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical plans, maintain jobsite paperwork • Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure efficient workflow and timely project completion • Ensure all work meets safety standards, building codes, and company quality expectations • Repair and restore woodwork during renovation projects • Measure, cut, and fit materials with precision tools such as routers, planers, and saws • Maintain a clean and organized worksite and take necessary precautions to protect finished surfaces • Proficiency with hand and power tools used in finish carpentry • Strong understanding of carpentry techniques, building materials, and construction practices • Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, and crew members • Supervise on-site labor • Communicate all change orders immediately with customer and Project manager • Train lower level carpenters the skills needed Preferred Skills • 5+ years of experience in finish carpentry, preferably in residential remodeling • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality craftsmanship • Ability to work independently and/or with other team members or licensed master technicians • Ability to diagnose, resolve or fix issues • Able to schedule and follow scheduled dead lines • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license • Physical requirements include frequent need to lift and carry objects up to 50 lbs.
