Well respected commercial general construction company is seeking experienced carpenters due to growth. Our projects are in NH, Southern ME and in MA near the NH border. This position offers higher pay but NO benefits. Applicants must: • Be able to obtain a security clearance for military facility work, including being a U.S. citizen • Pass drug testing • Have minimum of 4 years commercial carpentry experience • Have own reliable transportation • Be willing to travel up to 1 hour from Manchester • Have a minimum of a 10 Hour OSHA Certificate • Have experience at metal & wood framing • Have experience in commercial doors/windows and hardware • Have rough and finish carpentry skills • Be able to read construction drawings • Be able to work with minimal supervision • Possess good written and verbal communication skills

Key Responsibilities • Execute high-quality finish carpentry in accordance with project scope and quality standards. • Communicate with the Project Manager and team to coordinate daily and weekly work plans. • Maintain job site safety and cleanliness throughout the workday and at day's end. • Guide and support team members with task completion and professional standards. • Participate in weekly meetings and proactively report progress, setbacks, or scope changes. • Maintain professionalism and uphold the company's values in appearance, language, and behavior. • Accurately estimate time and materials required for tasks and communicate material needs in advance. • Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and elevations for precise implementation. • Use initiative to identify potential improvements and needed adjustments to project plans. • Collaborate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and leadership to meet project goals.
