Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred, not required with strong experience). • 3+ years of experience in construction management, project coordination, or a related role. • Familiarity with residential and commercial construction methods, codes, and safety regulations. • Must hold or be working toward a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License. • Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar). • Strong organizational and communication skills, with a willingness to learn and grow. • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to sites across Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
