We are seeking a motivated and dependable Apprentice Carpenter to join our team. In this role, you will work under the guidance of experienced carpenters to learn the trade. Some of these skills include Framing, drywall, painting, and finish carpentry. This position is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry and grow into a skilled carpenter. Key Responsibilities: • Assist with carpentry related tasks such as: Framing, drywall, painting, and finish carpentry. • Support lead carpenters with framing, drywall, flooring, cabinetry, and finishing work. • Load and unload materials, clean up job sites, and maintain a safe and organized work area. • Follow instructions from supervisors and be able to work in a team environment. • Adhere to all safety standards and procedures on the job site. • Have a willingness to learn and grow as a carpenter. Requirements: • High school diploma or GED (preferred). • Willingness to learn and follow instructions. • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools (training provided). • Physical ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods. • Good communication skills and teamwork attitude. • Punctuality and a strong work ethic. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Carpenter/Remodeling

Norfolk Kitchen & Bath offers its customers the full package from design & selection through complete installation of their kitchen and bath projects. The Carpenter role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely completion of the remodeling project contracts for Norfolk customers. Norfolk provides all tools for our remodeling jobs and you will work as a 2 person team using company truck. Carpenter will work with the Lead Carpenter and Project Manger on any necessary job change orders to get cost and scope change approval. Requirements As the Carpenter you will be able to: • Read floor plans and elevation details • Have a keen accuracy for details including measurements • Act in a high level of professionalism to be able to interact with customers via in person and phone • Focus on high level of customer service and able to resolve job issues in the field • Use technology tools to track work hours, email, and job information • Safely operate company tools for the job as well as company vehicle with valid driver’s license and clean RMV Education and Experience • 5+ years residential finished carpentry and remodeling experience • Experience installing cabinets of various types, including standard, frameless and inset as well as crown molding • Face to face customer service experience • Framing and rough carpentry knowledge Physical Requirements • Able speak, read and comprehend English • Able to work in various work conditions – inside, outside with varying temperatures • Able to carry and move tools and materials needed for job completion (up to 75+ lbs. independently) • Able to walk, stoop, climb, reach, lift regularly as a daily task • Frequently required to climb heights over 6’ • Frequently exposed to carpentry equipment such as power saws, drills, etc. Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $28.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Employee assistance program • Employee discount • Flexible spending account • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Referral program • Vision insurance Schedule: • 8 hour shift Experience: • Carpentry: 4 years (Required) License/Certification: • Driver's License (Required) Ability to Commute: • Nashua, NH 03060 (Required) Work Location: In person
