What We're Looking For: • 5 years of experience in custom home carpentry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. • Proficiency in framing, trim work, siding, and other residential carpentry tasks. • Ability to manage and lead a crew effectively, fostering a positive work environment. • Strong understanding of construction processes, tools, and safety protocols. • Proven ability to read blueprints and specifications, translating them into quality results. • Experience working on high-end custom projects and interacting with discerning clients. • Detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to challenges. • Reliable transportation and ownership of basic carpentry tools (larger tools provided). • Clean driving record is a must. • Strong physical ability to work on-site, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. • Familiarity with project management software and basic computer skills is a plus. • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
