The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, a keep eye for detail, and the ability to complete projects efficiently and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: • Perform carpentry tasks including framing, drywall, flooring, cabinetry, trim work, and finish carpentry. • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements. • Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials to the correct specifications. • Install, maintain, and repair structures, fixtures, and furniture made from wood and other materials. • Safely operate carpentry tools and machinery, ensuring proper maintenance and care. • Collaborate with team members, project managers, and clients to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects. • Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety standards, and quality regulations. • Keep work areas clean and organized, ensuring tools and equipment are stored properly. • Provide guidance and training to junior carpenters or apprentices when necessary. Required Qualifications: • 3+ years of carpentry experience in residential or commercial construction. • Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools. • Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings. • Proficient in the safe use of carpentry tools (e.g., saws, drills, hammers, etc.). • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required for travel to job sites). • Ability to lift materials and perform physical tasks as required. Duties & Responsibilities • Installation of AWW, PL + Metal casework, fume hoods, Doors frames and Hardware, misc. specialties. • Preplanning: tools needed, materials, installation techniques that is the fastest and safest way possible.
