Experienced Carpenters & Construction Trade Apprentice for ADUs, Remodels & Restoration projects

Looking for individuals with residential construction experience to work on various repairs/remodel/ADU builds/Emergency dry out water damage restoration services and solar installation projects, as well as grow with our company into potential project management or inspector positions. Must have at least 2 years experience in any of the construction trades, and have an aptitude/willingness to gain experience in all various trades. Must have a valid driver’s license, basic set of tools, and transportation. Our starting pay rate listed will be based on experience, however, ample opportunities are provided for continual advancement and increased pay through our various projects as your skills and knowledge progressed. As we see the a higher experience level upon initial performance, pay rates can certainly surpass the starting max rate very quickly. We are committed to continue growing our team and providing regular training as needed for a skilled, quality and long term employee.
