Carpenter | Skilled Framer

Details for Carpenter | Skilled Framer position: • $28-35 / Hour • Monday-Friday | 7am-3:30pm • Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire • Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service • Fast Start Date • Weekly Pay • Chance to Be Hired By Client and Receive: • Insurance Options (Medical, Dental, etc.) • Holiday, Sick Leave, and Vacation Pay • Travel Occasionally Job Duties for Carpenter | Skilled Framer: • Constructing the rough frame of modular buildings, including walls, floors, and roofs • Installing joists, studs, flashing, and securing structural supports • Completing finish work such as moldings and interior fixtures • Interpreting blueprints and technical drawings for commercial and residential modular buildings • Follow all policies and safety procedures in place • Completes any other related tasks as needed Qualifications and Desired Skills for Carpenter | Skilled Framer: • High school diploma or equivalent • Must have valid driver's license with clean record • Must have at least 4 years of prior experience • Proficient in the safe use of various electric, gas-powered, and battery-operated power tools (scissor lifts, ladders, pneumatic nail guns, Skil saws, Sawzalls, panel saws, grinders, drills) • Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings for commercial and residential modular buildings • Extensive construction knowledge • Willingness to travel occasionally • Strong organizational skills and ability to read blueprints • Ability to stand for duration of shift • Ability to lift up to 50-80 lbs • Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach If you have the experience and skills we're looking for, apply to Luttrell Staffing today!
