About the position Responsibilities • Troubleshoot and repair plumbing fixtures such as faucets, sinks, garbage disposals, and toilets. • Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues including GFCI's, installation and repair of lights, outlets, and ceiling fans. • Perform drywall patching, installation, trim work, painting, and general repair tasks. • Complete odd jobs as needed, such as door hanging and window/cabinet installation. • Undertake assigned duties or emergency tasks as required. Requirements • At least three years of professional experience in carpentry or related fields. • Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites. • Ability to work independently and manage tasks without supervision. • Use of own tools and equipment is required. Nice-to-haves • Valid Driver's License (preferred) • Ability to relocate to Santa Maria, CA before starting work (preferred)
