The primary responsibility of this role is woodworking, cabinetry, and laminate fabrication The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in carpentry and cabinet construction, with the ability to support secondary roles in general assembly, drywall, and food service equipment installation. This is a full-time onsite role, Monday through Friday, from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES • Fabricate, assemble, and install custom cabinets and laminate surfaces using woodworking machinery and hand tools • Cut, shape, and finish wood and laminate components according to technical drawings and shop specifications • Perform edge banding, routing, and fitting of cabinet hardware • Ensure high-quality fit and finish of all cabinetry and millwork • Interpret and work from shop drawings and assembly diagrams ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES • General framing, wall board, insulation, and panel installation • Aluminum powder coat and stainless-steel food service assemblies • Installation of food service and commercial/residential appliances • Measure, cut, and install drywall sheets • Apply joint compound, sand, and prep surfaces for finishing • Use of hand tools to assemble metal studs, trims, finishes, and cabinetry • Perform basic warehouse support: shipping/receiving, palletizing, and material handling • Conduct quality checks and final inspections on assemblies before shipment • Maintain a clean and organized work area • Follow all safety protocols and procedures During downtime, this position may assist other departments as needed, including cleaning, organizing, deliveries, or assembly support.
