It is all production paced, residential construction work Job Description: Completing the final touches on residential homes, new construction. Essential to have tall of the tools, skills and ability to perform all punch items in the entire home (2500 Sq. Ft. + average) in 8-12hrs or less per home. Home values range from $400,000 - $650,000. Must have the required skills & experience to finish this level home. Responsibilities: • The job involves preparing new homes for delivery over to new homeowners. Homes must be fully completed and move-in ready, to include anything from: paint touch ups, caulking, fixing all trim carpentry work such as window casings, base and crown, cabinet repairs/touch ups, drywall repair & patching - including texture matching (must be highly skilled) , some tile repair, light electrical repairs/ testing, cleaning, must know what to look for to finalize a home and may need to create your own punch list.
