Responsibilities: • Reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings • Measuring, cutting, and shaping wood • Assembling and installing framing structures • Installing windows, doors, and other fixtures • Ensuring work complies with building codes and safety regulations • Collaborating with other construction professionals • Supervising and coordinating teams • Performing other related duties as assigned Qualifications: • E-Verify: Must be eligible to work in the United States • Minimum 5 years of finish/rough commercial carpentry experience • Self sufficient and fully tooled in the trade • Strong scheduling and blueprint reading skills as well as knowledge of metal stud/wood framing, material management, metal doors, hardware install, drywall, trim, cabinets/counter tops, suspended grid, tile install, etc • Reliable transportation to and from job sites A criminal background check may be required.
