Responsibilities: • Reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings • Measuring, cutting, and shaping wood • Assembling and installing framing structures • Installing windows, doors, and other fixtures • Ensuring work complies with building codes and safety regulations • Collaborating with other construction professionals • Supervising and coordinating teams • Performing other related duties as assigned Qualifications: • E-Verify: Must be eligible to work in the United States • Minimum 5 years of finish/rough commercial carpentry experience • Self sufficient and fully tooled in the trade • Strong scheduling and blueprint reading skills as well as knowledge of metal stud/wood framing, material management, metal doors, hardware install, drywall, trim, cabinets/counter tops, suspended grid, tile install, etc • Reliable transportation to and from job sites A criminal background check may be required. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who is looking to elevate their craft, lead by example, and contribute to a team focused on redefining how homes are built. The ideal candidate will bring a solutions-oriented mindset, deep technical knowledge, and the ability to execute precision finish work both in the factory and on site. This role works closely with the Production Manager, Quality Control, and Site Teams to ensure the highest standards of workmanship are maintained throughout the entire construction process.
