Position Overview Brascia Builders, Inc. is seeking a skilled full-time Rough/Finish Carpenter to join our team in the Construction industry. As a Rough/Finish Carpenter, you will be responsible for completing various carpentry tasks to ensure the successful execution of construction projects. From framing and installing windows to trim work and finish carpentry, you will play a crucial role in creating high-quality structures that meet the needs of our clients. Location: • Ventura, CA (Required) Schedule • 10 hour shift • 12 hour shift • 8 hour shift • Day shift • Evening shift • Monday to Friday • Morning shift • Weekends as needed Key Responsibilities • Wood/metal stud framing; mud/tape repair • Collaborate with the project team to interpret blueprints and specifications • Measure and cut materials accurately to ensure precise construction • Install doors, windows, and framework according to project requirements • Construct and repair structures using hand and power tools • Perform rough and finish carpentry tasks, including trim work and molding installation • Minor tile repair • Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as electricians and plumbers, to coordinate tasks • Maintain a clean and safe work environment Qualifications • Rough/Finish Carpenter: 5 years (Required) • Proven experience as a Rough/Finish Carpenter in the Construction industry • Solid understanding of carpentry techniques and methods • Proficient knowledge of tools, including hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings • Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship • Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials • Strong communication and teamwork skills Core Competencies Application Instructions: To apply, please submit your resume outlining your experience and qualifications for the position. Journeyman Carpenter

Summary: Carpenters on our team play a key role in delivering exceptional workmanship on residential remodels. We are looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and experienced in both structural and finish carpentry. Journeyman Carpenters perform carpentry work to build custom structures based on technical drawings, as well as repair damaged buildings and elements within structures, primarily using wood and metal. Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 1. Completes all carpentry work accurately and in an efficient manner.* 2. Applies skilled knowledge of carpentry to include all aspects of residential and commercial carpentry, both rough and finish.* 3. Operates power tools in a safe manner to include table saws, compound miter saws, skill saws, table and hand planers and drills.* 4. Lifts and carries tools to perform work.* 5. Adheres to established policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations.* 6. Performs on call responsibilities in accordance with established schedules.* 7. Follow blueprints and building plans to meet the needs of the project* 8. Installs finish fixtures and structures* 9. Skilled in stair and roof framing.* 10.Strong Finish Carpentry skills (casing/ baseboard, cabinetry, etc)* 11. Proficient in window installation and understands waterproofing components/ requirements.* 9. Inspect and replace damaged frame work or other structures and fixtures* 10. Instructs and directs laborers and other construction helpers* 11. Determines, plans for, and picks up/ delivers tools and materials necessary to complete day to day tasks on a project.* 12. Trains and leads other laborers on jobsite when Lead Foreman is not on site.* Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and 6 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Travel: • A construction appropriate vehicle is required. Travel is frequently required for this job and carpenters often travel to and from job sites throughout the day, as well as picking up tools and supplies.
