Position Summary: The Experienced Carpenter will be responsible for performing a wide range of carpentry tasks, from framing and finishing to custom builds, renovations, and general construction support. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team on diverse projects. Key Responsibilities: • Perform carpentry tasks including measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing wood and other materials. • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans. • Build, install, and repair structures, frameworks, furniture, and fixtures. • Operate hand tools, power tools, and other construction equipment safely and efficiently. • Ensure all work meets company quality standards, building codes, and safety requirements. • Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and crew members to complete projects on time. • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean, safe condition. Qualifications: • Minimum 3–5 years of professional carpentry experience. • Proficiency in framing, finishing, and general construction carpentry. • Ability to read and follow blueprints and technical drawings. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license. • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. • Knowledge of safety practices and OSHA standards. Preferred (Not Required): • Experience with specialized carpentry (custom cabinetry, trim, or furniture). • Certifications in construction safety or related fields.
