Duties: - Use a variety of tools and equipment to complete high end residential projects - Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget - Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans - Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, metal, or drywall materials - Install cabinets, doors, windows, stairs, and other fixtures - Repair or replace damaged or worn-out parts - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area Experience: - 8+ years experience as a carpenter - Proficient in various carpentry techniques, framing, -Familiarity with hand and power tools - Knowledge of electrical, construction painting, drywall, plumbing, and roofing is a plus -Trim carpentry experience a plus - Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction plans - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and cuts - Excellent problem-solving skills - Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time, able to lift 50+ lbs Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
