POSITION OVERVIEW The Lead Carpenter plays a critical role in delivering the communication, transparency, and craftsmanship that define Brad Pipe Remodeling. As a field leader, this position is responsible for coordinating on-site residential remodeling activities, performing advanced carpentry tasks, and ensuring every jobsite reflects the professionalism, safety, and quality our clients expect. Lead Carpenters must model the company’s core values on every project — communicating clearly with clients and team members, documenting work and unforeseen conditions promptly, and maintaining honesty and transparency when plans, timelines, or site conditions change. Remodeling often involves unknowns, and navigating them openly is essential to maintaining trust. Craftsmanship is central to this role. The Lead Carpenter protects quality by working methodically, planning ahead, mentoring others, and ensuring that no detail is rushed or overlooked. In addition to core responsibilities, the Lead Carpenter is expected to support the company wherever needed. Secondary responsibilities may include completing punch-list items, assisting other crews, stepping into different task categories, and helping maintain production flow and project momentum.
