Position Summary: Carpenter leads the technical installation effort to ensure the project is built safely in accordance with design, budget, and schedule. Responsibilities include but not limited to: • Able to follow plans and specifications provided by architects and engineers. • General project layout. • Metal stud framing. • Doors, frames, and hardware. • Drywall and finishing. • Acoustical ceilings. • Rough carpentry. • Finish and trim carpentry. • Millwork. • Measurement and material ordering as required. Qualified candidates will possess the following requirements: • Self-motivated. • Team oriented. • Strong organizational skills. • Attention to detail and quality. • Ability to effectively communicate. • Knowledge and application of MIOSHA/OHSA Safety Practices. • Healthcare construction experience a plus.
