Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. Duties • Perform trim carpentry, ensuring precise measurements and cuts for a professional finish. • Install flooring, including hardwood, laminate, and tile, while adhering to industry standards. • Fabricate custom pieces as needed for specific projects or repairs. • Execute caulking tasks to seal gaps and prevent water damage in various areas of the home. • Conduct mold remediation processes to ensure a safe living environment for clients. • Work on construction sites, assisting with various tasks as directed by project managers or supervisors. • Handle basic electrical work, including fixture installations and repairs. • Utilize power tools safely and effectively for all tasks assigned. • Engage in remodeling projects, transforming spaces according to client specifications. • Build structures or components as required, demonstrating craftsmanship and attention to detail. Experience • Proven experience in maintenance person services or a related field is preferred. • Proficiency in trim carpentry, flooring installation, caulking, mold remediation, electrical work, and general remodeling is highly desirable. • Familiarity with power tools and construction site protocols is essential. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with Homeowners and team members alike.
