The ideal candidate is highly skilled in both framing and finish carpentry, able to read and interpret plans, and capable of working independently or as part of a crew. Responsibilities: • Perform all aspects of residential carpentry, including framing, siding, doors, windows, cabinetry, and finish trim. • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications. • Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood and related materials with precision. • Safely operate and maintain hand tools and power tools. • Lead by example on job sites, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. • Collaborate with project managers and other team members to meet timelines. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Qualifications: • 5+ years of carpentry experience, with strong emphasis on residential construction. • Journeyman-level skill in framing and finish carpentry. • Solid knowledge of carpentry methods, tools, and materials. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Physical ability to handle materials and equipment. • Valid driver’s license. • Professional attitude and pride in craftsmanship.
