WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: • Leadership & Field Coordination. • Lead field crews while working under the guidance of a seasoned Superintendent. • Coordinate with Project Managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients. • Maintain project quality, safety, and production goals. • Solve problems, manage materials, and adapt to project needs. • Craftsmanship & Installation. • Perform rough framing, layout, finish carpentry, and detailed installations. • Ensure precision in construction tasks and uphold Baker’s craftsmanship standards. • Troubleshoot punch-list items and oversee daily field operations. • Promote and enforce company safety policies and job-site standards. • Set the tone for professionalism, conduct, and appearance on every project.
