Overview We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction employees to join our team. As a Construction Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting various construction projects by performing a range of physical tasks. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Responsibilities • Assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment. • Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed for various projects. • Execute construction tasks such as framing, drywall installation, roofing, and finishing work. The worker must adhere to project specifications and safety protocols. • The worker must operate basic hand tools and power tools and maintain construction tools and equipment safely and effectively. • Collaborate with project managers and team members to plan and execute construction activities efficiently. Experience Requirements • Proven experience as a skilled construction worker or similar role. • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols. • Physical ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, standing on uneven surfaces and working in various weather conditions. • Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. • A commitment to continuous learning and upskilling.
