Industrial Construction Project Lead

Construction Project Manager A seasoned construction professional is sought after to lead the successful delivery of Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional projects in Northwestern Ontario. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure timely completion, quality standards, and safety protocols are met. • Supervise site personnel and subcontractors to guarantee work is performed according to project specifications and drawings. • Maintain daily site logs, track progress, and report to the Project Manager. • Enforce site safety policies and participate in regular safety meetings and inspections. • Coordinate with suppliers and manage material deliveries. • Identify and resolve issues that may arise during construction. • Liaise with clients, consultants, and inspectors as needed. • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with local codes, permits, and regulations. Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in ICI construction projects. • Proven ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors on active job sites. • Strong understanding of construction methods, safety regulations, and building codes. • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications. • Familiarity with project scheduling tools and basic computer skills. • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation. • First Aid, Working at Heights, and other health and safety certifications are considered assets.
