Description We seek a skilled and detail-oriented Finish Carpenter to join our Mountain Home, Idaho team. This role will start as a part-time position with the possible opportunity to transition to full-time in Spring 2025. Key Responsibilities • Install finish lumber, trim, doors, and other materials. • Read and interpret blueprints or plans to ensure specifications are met. • Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately. • Perform sanding, staining, and finishing tasks as required. • Drywall work: Experience in drywall installation, patching, and finishing is highly beneficial. Requirements • Experience: Minimum 2 years of finish carpentry experience is required. • Reliable transportation: Must have a dependable vehicle to get to and from job sites in and around Mountain Home, Idaho. • Background Check: Must pass a background check and be able to get onto Mountain Home AFB. • Work Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. • Physical ability: Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. • Work ethic: Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and commitment to safety. • Location: Prefer candidates located in Mountain Home or immediately surrounding areas.
