Quality Construction Specialist

Job Description: About this Role We are looking for a skilled Mechanic who is passionate about quality construction. This position involves troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all types of equipment used in electrical construction projects throughout the region. Key Responsibilities: • Diagnose, inspect, and repair various engine systems, pneumatic systems, electrical systems, air conditioning systems, compressors, generators, suspensions, brakes, transmissions, fuel injection systems, ignition systems, and air tools • Replace and repair damaged components • Perform engine flushing/cleaning, parts lubrication, oil changes, and maintenance checks on all equipment • Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair all types of heavy equipment, trailers, aerial lift platforms, bulldozers, bucket trucks • Annual DOT and Crane Inspections • Perform vehicle preventative maintenance Required Skills & Qualifications: • 2-4 years experience diagnosing and repairing heavy equipment (wheeled and tracked) or trucks • Ability to read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics, maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and diagrams • Strong welding (Stick/MIG) and fabrication skills • Must possess a valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) • Basic understanding of DOT Regulations • Basic understanding of iPhones, iPads, and computers • Good organizational and recordkeeping skills • Ability to travel to job sites and provide mechanical oversight to equipment on numerous projects throughout a geographical area • Proficient in the use of diagnostic and testing equipment • Customer service skills • High School graduate • Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or have the ability to obtain one

General Construction Laborer
