REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and written specifications of articles to be constructed or repaired and plans sequence of performing such operations. • Join and assemble materials using nails, screws, staples, bolts, dowels, glue and other fasteners. • Erect wood framework for buildings or structures. • Build wooden stairs. Install ladders, handrails, walkways, platforms and gangways made of wood. • Lay out buildings or structures on-site. • Make, set, and adjust all types of concrete forms • Strip and release all concrete forms that are to be reused • Adheres to safety rules and regulations. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Be at least 18 years old. • Perform a variety of duties which may change often. • Ability to complete assigned tasks within given deadlines. • Ability to work at a sustained pace and produce quality work • Previous Commercial Construction is a plus but not required • Current driver’s license is preferred.
