Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated to join our dynamic construction and restoration team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of carpentry, remodeling, and restoration projects with precision and professionalism. Your expertise will help deliver high-quality results on diverse projects, including framing, siding, flooring, cabinetry, and water damage restoration. Duties • Perform framing, trim carpentry, drywall installation, and finishing work using hand tools and power tools to ensure precise craftsmanship. • Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project plans. • Install doors, windows, cabinetry, fixtures, siding, roofing components, and other building elements with attention to detail. • Conduct concrete forming, masonry work, rebar installation, and metal stud framing as required for construction or restoration projects. • Handle water damage remediation tasks such as mold remediation, plastering, caulking, stucco application, and water damage restoration processes. • Assist with fabrication and assembly of custom components using CNC equipment or traditional woodworking techniques. • Support remodeling efforts by performing flooring installation, tile laying, electrical wiring (where qualified), plumbing tasks, and heavy lifting to meet project specifications. Requirements • Proven experience in construction estimating, carpentry (including trim and frame carpentry), roofing, siding, drywall finishing, and related trades. • Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics to interpret project plans accurately. • Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication equipment. • Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and ability to work efficiently in various environments including restoration industry settings. • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physically demanding tasks regularly. • Knowledge of water damage restoration techniques such as mold remediation and water extraction is a plus. • Experience in fixture installation (doors, cabinets), metal stud framing, flooring installation (tile or wood), plastering, caulking/stucco application, masonry work or roofing is highly desirable. • Valid experience in remodeling projects involving plumbing or electrical work is beneficial but not mandatory; must be willing to collaborate with licensed professionals when necessary. • Excellent problem-solving skills with an eye for detail; ability to follow instructions precisely while maintaining high standards of quality.
