Construction Project Manager We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee the daily supervision and functioning of one construction project and/or one crew on a construction project. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years previous construction experience in the field, proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook, and excellent organizational skills. • Responsible for maintaining acceptable performance standards and metrics of crew working on project. • Maintain contract schedule. • Responsible for all administrative functions necessary to document work including but not limited to ordering and tracking of supplies, billing, hours, safety documents, etc. • Ensure safety practices and procedures are being followed at all times. The successful candidate will be able to work with minimal supervision, be self-directed and organized, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
