The Carpenter/Laborer will contribute to a variety of tasks, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Duties • Perform frame carpentry, trim carpentry, and cabinet installation tasks. • Execute concrete forming, plastering, and stucco work as needed. • Engage in roofing, siding, and flooring installation projects. • Conduct water damage restoration and mold remediation efforts. • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics for accurate project execution. • Utilize hand tools and power tools for fabrication and assembly tasks. • Install fixtures, doors, and perform caulking duties. • Assist with heavy lifting and moving materials on construction sites. • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
