You will be part of a small construction team, occasionally interacting with clients. The work primarily involves finished carpentry and renovations, often on high-value projects that demand expertise, professionalism, and a commitment to growth within the company. Responsibilities and Duties: • Perform carpentry tasks, including framing, roofing, sanding, cutting, and shaping materials. • Work in small spaces as well as high areas, such as scaffolding and ladders. • Lift and carry materials weighing 50-80 lbs repeatedly. • Wear and maintain proper safety gear (PPE) at all times. • Primarily focus on finished carpentry, with potential expansion into other areas as needed. • Arrive on time and collaborate effectively with the team. • Maintain a high level of professionalism, as clients may be on-site for high-value projects. • Demonstrate a willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow within the company. • Communicate project progress, provide feedback, and document needs effectively. Qualifications and Experience: • 5+ years of previous construction experience required. • Skilled in using various carpentry tools, both hand and power tools, with precision (e.g., reading a tape measure to 1/16"). • Experience with framing, windows, doors, flooring, and roofing. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints for custom carpentry projects. • Strong understanding of safety compliance and the ability to implement feedback for improvement. • Must submit to a criminal background screening.
