We are seeking an on-site Carpenter who can work collaboratively with the project team and owner to successfully deliver a quality project that exceeds all expectations. This position does require travel within Ohio and surrounding states during the weekdays and home on the weekends. Responsibilities: • Comply with the corporate safety program • Responsible for the more complex tasks associated with repairing and constructing building structures and equipment. • Plan and lay out work from drawings, blueprints or verbal instructions. • Duties may include demolition, remodeling, construction, repair, installation of plumbing, and installation of components from blueprints, sketches, or verbal orders. • Performs work under minimal supervision. • Must know and use advanced skill procedures and techniques for such work. • Apply knowledge of regulatory codes and requirements. • Assume total responsibility for the task at hand. • Aggressively complete projects on time and under budget • Ensures adherence to building plans, specifications, codes and regulations • Organize the jobsite to be safe and efficient • Maintain a neat, clean and organized job Skills and Requirements: • Self-Starter and planner • Proficient knowledge of building plan reading • Site and building layout experience • Problem-solving and multitasking is required • Ability to plan ahead for short and long term activities • Ability to implement a plan and follow through to a successful completion • Knowledgeable in all trade responsibilities, building products, equipment, construction methods • Resourceful in solving jobsite problems • Basic math skills to calculate area, volume • Basic Computer Literate ATCS rewards its staff with competitive compensation and benefits packages, including; medical, vision, dental, disability, and life insurance; company funded 401k; paid holidays; paid time off; continuing education opportunities; company vehicle; paid travel (per diem and hotel); staff outings and social events.

Carpenter/Flooring Installer (Two-week project) Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm (This is a two-week project, so temp work only) Pay Rate: $22 - $25/hr, depending on experience Location: Dayton Ohio Experience: 2+ years in Carpentry/Flooring Installation We are seeking a skilled and experienced General Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of carpentry skills with a strong focus and expertise in the preparation, laying, and installation of various types of tile and flooring. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to manage all phases of flooring projects from subfloor preparation to final finishes, while also executing general carpentry tasks as needed. Key Responsibilities: • Tile Installation: • Prepare surfaces for tile installation, including cleaning, leveling, and applying backer board or waterproofing membranes. • Precisely measure, cut, and install various types of tile (ceramic, porcelain, stone, glass, etc.) on floors, walls, and other surfaces. • Apply grout and seal joints to ensure a durable and aesthetically pleasing finish. • Flooring Installation: • Install, repair, and refinish various types of flooring, including hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and engineered materials. • Conduct subfloor preparation, including moisture mitigation, leveling, and repair. • Ensure proper transitions between different flooring types. • Maintain a safe and clean work environment. • Communicate effectively with project manager regarding project progress and requirements. Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Carpenter, with significant experience specializing in tile and flooring installation. • Proficiency in all phases of tile installation, including different setting materials and techniques. • Expertise in various flooring types (hardwood, laminate, etc.) and installation methods. • Strong knowledge of building codes, safety procedures, and quality standards. • Excellent ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings. • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Physical Requirements: • Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment. • Comfortable working in various weather conditions and environments. • Capability to stand, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periods.
