The carpenter constructs, alters, and maintains buildings and fixtures, builds and repairs furniture, installs tile and drywall, and occasionally performs minor masonry, roofing, and glass work. The role may include supervising helpers, estimating materials and time, maintaining tools, and keeping records. Minimum Qualifications Education High School Diploma or G.E.D. Experience Must have 6 months of experience at the journey worker level.
