Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Carpenter at RELIABLE HOME IMPROVEMENTS located in Springfield, OH. The Carpenter will be responsible for executing a variety of carpentry tasks including framing, finish carpentry, and using hand tools and power tools. The individual will be expected to measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials for construction and repair projects, read blueprints and sketches, and ensure work is completed to high standards and within set timelines. This person is also multi-talented with basic electrical, plumbing and residential remodeling skills. Qualifications • Proficiency in Carpentry, Framing, and Finish Carpentry • Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge • Experience with Hand Tools and Power Tools • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship • Excellent problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Experience in residential or commercial construction is a plus • High school diploma or equivalent preferred Benefits • After a to-be-determined time frame, company 3% contribution to a retirement account of the persons choosing • Potential bonuses paid on a project by project basis • Work-life balance.
