Production Team Member Job Description We are seeking skilled production team members to ensure efficient and safe operation of facilities. Key Responsibilities: • Loading material in the warehouse, yard, and onto outgoing trucks. • Manual counting and scanning of units. • Scanning products into the computer system and using the computer to pick orders. Machine Operations • Learn machine controls to assemble or produce product properly. • Use pneumatic guns, automatic banders, and application of ID labels. • Perform corrective actions to maintain quality products. • Communicate with incoming shifts about issues and necessary information regarding facility operations. • Taking proactive measures to report potential equipment problems to management. • Varying types of manual labor as required by the type of plant. • Assembling doors, trusses, kits, and other items based on plant needs. • Operating presses, pneumatic guns, and other machines. • Must be 18 years of age or older. • Strong attention to detail. • Able to work with others. • Forklift positions: some bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting up to 75 pounds. • Machine Operation positions: continuous standing with infrequent lifting up to 75 pounds, bending, squatting, walking, and twisting. • Assembly positions: continuous standing with infrequent lifting up to 75 pounds, bending, squatting, walking, and twisting.
