Responsibilities • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all assigned equipment and systems. • Maintain records of inspections, testing, repairs and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment. • Provide quality customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. • Participate in construction and renovation projects as requested. Qualifications Job Requirements: • High School diploma or equivalent. • Five (5) to ten (10) years’ experience as carpenter and general maintenance work and/or the completion of apprenticeship in the trade. • Completion of apprenticeship in the trade in lieu of above stated experience. • Must be thoroughly familiar with tools, methods, techniques, equipment and procedures normally associated with trade. • Comply with regulatory requirements, guidelines, and policies.
