Experience • Proven experience as a Finish Carpenter or in a similar role within the construction industry. • Familiarity with various carpentry techniques and materials. • Strong understanding of construction site safety practices. • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for this position. • A valid driver's license or government issued I.D required. Requires the ability to maintain balance on uneven surfaces and scaffolding at various heights, ensuring safety in all work conditions. Good finger manipulation is essential to handle tools effectively and operate equipment. Team members must be able to carry and use hand tools, climb on both light and heavy equipment, and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds, with assistance required for heavier items. Must have depth perception to navigate safely around hazards, and the ability to hear horns and sirens on moving equipment.
