CONSTRUCTION ELECTRICIAN Make sure the Navy's power grid stays lit—from the poles and lines outside to the complex electrical and communication wiring inside structures. EQUIPMENT OPERATOR From crane operation to roadbuilding equipment, you can help pave the way for successful Navy missions and earn your operators’ licenses while you do it. STEELWORKER Manage construction operations, craft steel structures, and perform welding, cutting and other specialized metalwork operations. UTILITIESMAN From maintaining heating, air and plumbing systems on Navy bases to rebuilding utilities infrastructure for hospitals in cities struck by natural disasters, it’s up to you to keep vital systems running. Electrical Engineer

Talent Consultant Group is partnered with a firm that is seeking Electrical Engineers to join their growing teams in Dallas, TX and Jacksonville, FL. Our client turns vision into reality with innovative, practical, engineering solutions for some of the largest companies and public entities in the world. The position will work closely with their engineers and architects as part of a multi-discipline design team. Additionally, the candidate will complement our current team with client responsibilities. The candidate will be part of a team that serves clients in all markets including Commercial, Health, Science, Aviation and Federal. The primary functions of this position are to take ownership of electrical designs as Engineer of Record, assist in developing electrical designer and junior Engineer skillsets, performing QC reviews for other Electrical Engineers, and coordinating deliverables for electrical staff. Responsibilities: • Serve as Lead Project Engineer and/or Project Manager for clients in a diverse set of markets. • Lead designs from a diverse list of projects. • Coordinate project recommendations and work with our full-service team of Architects, Engineers and Project Managers. • Help develop and hire a team of engineers for future growth. • Mentor and provide leadership to junior Engineers on staff. • Apply your skills to prepare and direct construction documentation, studies, and other critical reports Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s of Engineering degree from an accredited university • 6+ years in MEP design experience • Excellent communications and interpersonal relationship skills • Currently holds PE license, in good standing • Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) • Demonstrated capability in leadership of design teams • Experience with managing staff • Working knowledge of NEC and other NFPA codes • Experience working on Building and site design • Ability and willingness to travel in the US and internationally • Experience with REVIT Preferred Qualifications: • Ability to participate in business development, marketing, and client coordination • The ability to obtain and maintain engineering licensure in multiple states is desired • NCEES certification a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
