Duties assigned by the Associate Director of Skilled Trades for Facilities Services and will include the following: • Perform carpentry-related tasks including, but not limited to, building repairs, maintenance, remodel, and construction • Perform carpentry-related tasks related to woodworking, wallboard, framing, operations of hand tools, and shop equipment. • Perform carpentry-related tasks to the maintenance of commercial and residential furnishings, including roof repairs and inspection. • Perform carpentry-related tasks consisting of flooring and ceiling overhead work. • Perform carpentry related tasks including, but not limited to cleaning, or maintaining structural property • Perform duties related to working from ladders and use of field-related tools. • Participate with department on-call rotation. • Perform other duties as assigned.
