Job Opportunity "> We are seeking an experienced leader to manage our Construction Management and Inspection services in Texas. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth, providing leadership and mentoring of current staff, developing business development strategies, and ensuring financial success for the practice at the regional level. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate strategic growth plans with office leaders and practice leaders • Develop and maintain relationships with teaming partners, contractors, and clients • Establish and grow market presence in the area through marketing and business development • Manage budgets and allocate resources accordingly • Lead and contribute to the production of proposals • Serve as a technical expertise resource to project managers and technical staff • Establish staffing needs for the practice on a regional level • Interview and make recommendations for hiring staff • Lead and manage team members by providing leadership and performance management, including setting expectations, goals, feedback, coaching, etc. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field from an accredited program • Professional Engineer License or equivalent • 15+ years' experience in the discipline including supervisory, project management, and business development • Strong relationships with TxDOT and municipal agencies • Experience leading others and working with local clients at various government levels Preferred Qualifications: • Master's degree in a specialty field Work Environment: The work is performed within a general office environment, generally sedentary but may require standing and walking. Travel to regional offices monthly is required. Electrical Construction Foreman

• Project Managers - Clint Thomas and Casey Moore • Superintendent of project you are working on if applicable. Expected hours of work: 7:00-3:45pm. However, the nature of this position may often require time outside of standard hours. Hours worked over 40 will be compensated at time and a half. Expected pay rate: Negotiable, dependent upon demonstrated ability and previous experience. East Texas Electric of Longview strives to pay our electricians above the market standard. Job Description As an Electrical Construction Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising and running crews involved in the installation, alteration, addition, and/or repair of electrical systems, conductors, and associated materials and equipment for mid to large size ground up or tenant finish projects. You may be the primary jobsite supervisor on smaller construction projects. We are looking for experienced electrical construction professionals with Foreman experience; who demonstrate integrity and reliability. The ideal candidate will be career minded and willing to learn and grow with the company. An Electrical Construction Foreman will: • Responsible for all East Texas Electric construction field trades on an electrical construction project. • Does a working estimate and take off jointly with the Project Manager. • Lays out work for subordinate employees; is jointly responsible with the Project Manager/ Superintendent for having material, tools, equipment, information, and appropriate manpower in the proper place in a timely manner. • Establishes work schedules and man loading charts. • Communicates with representatives of the General Contractor on day-to-day project scheduling and overall performance issues. • Directs subordinate crews engaged in the installation of electrical feeders, equipment, light fixtures, outlets, controls; gear such as switch gear, relays, transformers, and panel boards; and all related connections and terminations. • Monitors work as performed, directs subordinate crews, and schedules work according to the pace of the job and other trades. • Handles or oversees the required office correspondence and administrative paperwork such as official forms, daily reports, time sheets/tickets, safety reports, etc. • Is responsible for overall project safety performance. Assures employees are properly trained or instructed in performance duties to which assigned. • Performs other project related duties and assignments as instructed by Project Manager. • Have fun, enjoy and be proud of what you achieve in your working day!
