Summary Carpenter will be responsible for utilizing tools to support healthcare and commercial construction projects throughout Billings, MT. Duties • Champions “The Layton Way” by delivering predictable outcomes for internal teams, external teams, and customers. • Ensures that “Constructing with Integrity” is delivered by working with honesty, unity, safety, and quality of work. • Apply applicable materials to hardened concrete walls for a smoother architectural appearance. • Identify hazards associated with task assignments and ask questions if clarification is needed. • Comply with all the safety policies, practices, and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Safety personnel. • Work effectively as a team member of the field workforce. • Follow supervisor instructions and decisions. • Understand and follow lock out/tag out procedures. • This position may supervise apprentice finishers.
