Job Position Job Summary: As a Strategic Account Specialist, you will be responsible for fostering strong customer relationships by offering services including sales assistance, procurement of materials, supply chain management and expediting. Key Duties: • Function as the main contact person for customers, suppliers and operations team to handle order placement and fulfillment • Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet contractual commitments and customer expectations • Establish and maintain reporting systems for both internal and customer purposes • Identify and source alternative products as necessary to meet delivery schedules or stock requirements • Facilitate collaboration between customers and operations teams to guarantee on-time delivery and packaging compliance • Notify customers of any changes to delivery dates, materials, or other related matters Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree is preferred • Previous experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word • Strong self-motivation, time management and organizational skills • Proven ability in effective written and verbal communication • Background in sourcing and RFQs • Knowledge of industry products • Willingness to travel up to 25%
