Overview Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Apprentice Carpenters for a project located in Cody, WY. This is a full time opportunity and the pay rate is up to $30/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope: • Relocate commercial chicken warmers • Removing self-checkouts and installing staffed checkouts • Patch cement from un-anchoring (specification document available) • Caulk and seal bottoms of new registers • Support with fixture installation (anchoring/prep work as needed) • Remove, relocate, or install cooler units (slab modifications may be required) • Install new fixture doors and racking on sales floor • Provide general carpentry support for remodel tasks as requested Requirements: • * Proven experience in commercial carpentry and interior retail remodels • Ability to perform light concrete patching and finishing • Reliable transportation to the jobsite • Own basic hand tools and appropriate PPE • Professional, self-sufficient, and adaptable to changing site needs • Willingness to work overnight shifts for a multi-week project (24-week duration) Qualifications Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry. Carpenter - Commercial Construction

Responsible for designing, building, installing, and repairing structures, fixtures, furniture, and other items using different types of materials including wood and steel. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities 1. Must work quickly, productively and safely without error and consistently meet the production goals as set by the Foreman, Superintendent or Project Manager. 2. Must consistently produce quality workmanship as judged by Company standards. 3. Must comply with all company safety and personnel policies. 4. Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 80 lbs. 5. Must be able to climb, bend, stoop, kneel, lift overhead, work at heights, walk/work in rough terrain in order to access equipment, tools, materials, and jobsite in order to complete work. 6. Alter, repair, and construct a variety of building structures such as walls, partitions, doorways, window casings, stairways, and roofs. 7. Carpenter Foreman

PRIMARY FUNCTION Coordinate operations and oversee workers at construction sites. As the liaison between crews and supervisors, the foreman will be the key person in charge of overseeing the completion of the project with a keen awareness of material expenses, permits, and employee safety. Duties • Produce work schedules in accordance with the availability of employees, subcontractors and labor laws and monitor the attendance of crew • Coordinate daily tasks according to priorities and plans, adjusting as necessary due to weather, supply delivery, and personnel • Ability to delegate responsibilities and individual projects to the crew and contractors. • Recruit, hire, mentor, manage and train employees and contractors • Provide for adequate resources and staffing to meet safety needs, regulations, best practices, laws and project schedule • Emphasis on the safe use of tools, machinery, and equipment including training on safety gear, helmets, and procedures • Develop and oversee quality standards on all sites • Resolve conflicts or miscommunication that may happen on-site quickly and amicably • Report project status to supervisors, site engineers and officials regularly Requirements and Qualifications • High school diploma or certification in a skilled trade (electrician, carpenter) • 4+ years' experience as a construction foreman • Extensive knowledge of construction best practices, equipment maintenance, and use, and OSH guidelines • Ability to read drawings, plans, and blueprints and convey this information to others • Excellent organizational and leadership skills • Ability to communicate and report effectively • Aptitude in math and strong problem-solving abilities Solid background in the field, strong leadership skills and the ability to direct the work of others and make quick decisions.
