Carpenter needed for simple flip remodels. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, simple framing, hanging sheet rock, tape and mud, laying carpet, painting, minor structural work all required. Flexible schedule. Can work weekends and evenings. Must be fully tooled and have transportation to the job-site. Job-sites vary from Great Falls to Butte MT. Industrial Carpenter

Sletten Construction Company is seeking Industrial Carpenters for projects in Montana. This position requires the ability to travel. Successful candidates must be able to pass a background check and be willing to sign up with the carpenters union. Duties and Responsibilities · Consistently utilize all required safety equipment and follow proper procedures in compliance with OSHA guidelines. · Perform most general construction activities including concrete forming, metal and wood framing, cement siding, metal siding, roofing and trim. · Operation of small equipment and tools to include but not limited to saw, drill, grinder, etc. · Ensure plans, specs and the manufacturer recommendations are met. · Proficient and accurate in using layout equipment and measurement tools. · Must be able to climb ladders, work on scaffolding and lift 50 lbs.
