Job Summary The Skilled Carpenter plays a hands-on role in completing construction projects with precision and efficiency. This position is responsible for performing a variety of carpentry tasks in remodels, tenant improvements, and general building projects, ensuring the highest level of workmanship and attention to detail. Skilled carpenters should have a well-rounded knowledge of most or all aspects of construction. They should be able to get an assignment from the super and perform any aspect of the project construction with little to no oversite. Leading laborers in accomplishing construction tasks including but not limited to: framing, concrete flat work, structural concrete, operating heavy machinery, and helping with or performing most finishes in commercial and industrial industry. Willing to travel up to 70% of the time as we are licensed in most western states. Key Responsibilities • Layout, install and train other in concrete, framing, and structural builds. • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications. • Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and effectively. • Collaborate with the Superintendent and project team to ensure timelines and quality • standards are met. • Maintain a safe and clean job site, adhering to all company and OSHA safety standards. • Assist in training apprentices and less experienced team members. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to carpentry work on-site. Qualifications • 4-8 years of proven carpentry experience in commercial or industrial construction. • Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, and materials. • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints. • Proficient in layout and building. • Solid understanding of safety procedures and OSHA requirements. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • High school diploma or equivalent; trade certification preferred. • Physical Requirements • Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly. • Comfortable working at heights, in varying weather conditions, and on active • construction sites. • Attention to detail. Cabinet Shop Carpenter

The main function of this position will be building custom components required for each job such as floating shelves, range hoods, and more . This position will also assist with cutting basic panels and pulling any mouldings required for each job that comes through the shop. You will work with a variety of traditional woodworking machinery such as Table Saws, palm routers, pin nailers, planers, and more. This position also requires the occasional use of CNC Routers and and an Edge bander. On occasion the employee in this position may be utilized in other departments throughout the shop. Pay for this position is negotiable depending on experience.
