This role is responsible for welding parts, according to blueprints and instructions, based on your daily production scheduled expectations. Key Accountabilities: • Complete priority weld hours daily: 10% • Ensure parts have proper fitment. Cutting, bending, grinding may be required: 60% • Ensure the finished product meets specified quality standards by referencing blueprints: 15% • Ability to read blueprints. Escalate errors or necessary changes in process to Team Leader: 10% • Keep areas and tools organized, clean and clear of potential hazards. Complete the weekly welder checklist: 5% Physical and Safety Requirements: • Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs. repeatedly. • Stand, walk and move for an entire shift. • Always use applicable PPE. • Follow safety protocols when using tools and handling materials.
