American Welding & Gas is seeking a dynamic Delivery Driver at our Cody, WY branch. American Welding and Gas (AWG), a leading provider of industrial, medical, and specialty gases, is seeking a Propane Delivery Driver with a CDL-B license to join their team. Duties: • Read, understand and follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's). • Comply with all DOT+OSHA Regulations. • Moves, loads, and unloads empty/full cylinders safely and efficiently. • Ensures appropriate preparation and/or completion and accuracy of paperwork including but not limited to shipping papers and delivery tickets. • Maintains cleanliness of vehicle. • Performs other duties as assigned. Physical Requirements: • Lifting, bending, twisting, climbing, crouching, kneeling. • Driving vehicle. • Repetitive movement. • Operating motorized equipment. • Sitting; standing; walking. • Working indoor/outdoor as business needs. • Working at increased noise levels. • Safety hazards. Qualifications: • High School graduate or equivalent. • Class B CDL Required with Hazmat and Tanker endorsement or the ability to obtain both endorsements • Clean driving record. • Able to read and write English. • Able to move compressed gas and liquid cylinders; Lift 50-75 pounds frequently and maneuver 100+ pound cylinders (rolling, using a cart, etc.). • Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, DOT physical, Back Assessment and company administered road test. • Ability to communicate with customers Drug Free work environment.
