This role is hands-on and field-based, requiring strong welding ability, adaptability in dynamic environments, and a commitment to quality and safety. While oilfield or drilling rig experience is a plus, high-level welding skill is the top priority. The frequency of the tasks depends on the type of shift, weather conditions and changes to the indoor environment (which cannot always be predicted or controlled).
