Qualifications • Minimum 1 year of structural welding/fabrication experience. • AWS certification (required). • Experience reading blueprints and executing structural welds in the field. • Must be able and willing to travel extensively for projects. • Valid driver's license and clean driving record. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. • Comfortable working in fast-changing environments with shifting project demands. • High school diploma or GED preferred.
