Waste – to - Energy experience preferred. oProficient in various welding processes, such as shielded metal arc welding (SMAW), gas metal arc welding (GMAW), and flux-cored arc welding (FCAW). • Experience working in waste-to-energy or similar industrial environments is preferred. oStrong understanding of metallurgy, welding metallurgy, and welding codes and standards. • Ability to operate welding equipment, including welding machines, torches, and related tools, safely and effectively. oExcellent attention to detail and craftsmanship, with the ability to produce high-quality welds consistently. • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey technical information and collaborate with team members. • Flexibility to work in varying environmental conditions and willingness to work overtime or weekends as required by project schedules.
