What You’ll Do: • Perform flux core welding (FCAW) on steel and other metals according to specifications. • Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and schematics. • Inspect and verify weld quality for accuracy, strength, and appearance. • Maintain and set up welding equipment for optimal performance. • Follow all safety procedures and wear proper PPE at all times. • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. What We’re Looking For: • Previous flux core welding experience (MIG/TIG experience a plus). • Ability to read and follow technical drawings and instructions. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. • Knowledge of safety procedures in an industrial environment.
