We are currently hiring Laser Welders for 1st Shift in our Meadville facility. Production Line Welder

Bucks Fabricating in Hadley, Pa has an opening for Production Line Welder. Summary: Layouts, fits, and welds precut and fabricated components to assemble products and latch systems, lids and roofs by performing the following duties: Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. · Uses the prescribed Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). · Reviews work order for fabrication requirements. · Selects equipment and assures pre-cut and fabricated components are correct. · Positions, aligns, and welds components together to build product. · Inspects product for defects and makes needed repairs. · Grinds welds before product leaves work center. · Moves product to next work station using cranes and forklifts. · Shuts off all equipment at end of shift. · Maintains welding equipment in good working order. · Maintains a clean and safe workplace. Sweeps area daily at the end of the shift. · Assures economic usage of consumables. · Informs Line Leader or Supervisor when inventory of parts needs replenished. · Completes checklist or other documents to record quality or production data. · Promotes team environment.
