You must be able to fabricate according to prints and pass a weld test. Candidates must have 4+ years of proven experience in this field. Pay is $25-$28 an hour based on experience and a weld test. • Shift: 1st and 3rd shift available. • Pay: $25 - $28 based on previous experience. • Health insurance, vision, and dental available after 90 days of employment. • PTO is offered during first 30 days of employment. • Schedule: Monday - Friday working 8 - 10 hours per day and some Saturdays. • Overtime Available • Weekly pay! Maintenance Technician - Welding/Fabrication

The Fresh Mark facility in Massillon, Ohio, is currently accepting applications for experienced Maintenance Technicians in Welding/Fabrication. Must be hard working, detail oriented, and drug free. Wage and Benefits Maintenance Technicians - Welding/Fabrication • Starting labor rate of $28.45/hr. • $1.50 Shift Differential for 2nd and 3rd Shift • $300 sign-on bonus after three months Schedule determined by position and will be discussed during the interview. Key Accountabilities • Read and interpret blueprints • Welding and fabrication: Welding of primarily stainless-steel material using techniques such as MIG, TIG and stick. • Equipment operation: Operation of various equipment including grinders, band saws, hand tools and welding machines, ensuring they are maintained in a safe working condition. • Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget. • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment. Minimum Requirements • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent . Completion of technical program or apprenticeship in welding or fabrication is preferred. • Experience: Previous experience in welding or fabrication, stainless-steel, or food applications a plus. • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail is crucial to ensure integrity and quality of finished products. • Physical Stamina: The role often requires physical strength and stamina to handle heavy material. • Perform physical activities such as, but not limited to, lifting (up to 75lbs, unassisted), bending, standing, climbing or walking • Safely use various manual, power and safety tools common to maintenance • Handle commonly used chemicals in accordance with SOPs and SDS We invite you to be part of our exciting team and rapidly growing business.
